This Privacy Policy explains how BREED RETAIL CO. PTY LTD, operating Kext, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when customers browse, contact us, or place orders. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions.

Customer service records may include emails, order numbers, delivery questions, return reasons, and product-specific details needed to resolve a request. Clear photos, the checkout email, the item name, and a short explanation help support review issues without unnecessary back-and-forth.

CERAMIC PLANTER SUPPORT RECORDS

When customers ask about planter size, saucer inclusion, drainage holes, breakage, package condition, or return eligibility, we may keep the order number, support message, photos, and resolution notes needed to answer the request and maintain accurate service records.

PRODUCT PHOTOS SENT TO SUPPORT

Photos shared with Kext support should show only the planter, packaging, label, damage area, or relevant surface details. Customers do not need to send unrelated personal images, plant health records, home interior photos beyond the product area, or third-party information for ordinary planter support.

PLANTER SIZE AND DAMAGE SUPPORT DATA

For ceramic planter support, customers may choose to send details such as planter size, saucer or tray questions, photos of a chipped rim, photos of a cracked ceramic body, or an image of the package interior. We use that information only to review the related order, confirm the product condition, answer the support request, or document a return or replacement case.

DATA WE DO NOT NEED FOR PLANTER ORDERS

Kext does not need plant health histories, photos of unrelated rooms, gardening account credentials, landlord documents, or personal lifestyle information to process a normal ceramic planter order. If a customer accidentally sends unrelated personal details, we will use only the portion needed for the order or support request.

RETENTION OF CERAMIC DAMAGE RECORDS

Photos or notes connected with fragile ceramic damage, missing trays, or delivery issues may be retained with the order record for dispute handling, carrier review, refund verification, and customer service consistency. These records are not used to create public marketing content without permission.
